At Four Points Technical Training Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational and training services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any program.

Due to the nature of digital educational content, training services, and reserved class seating, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Students may request to transfer or reschedule enrollment for an upcoming training session at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date, subject to availability.

If Four Points Technical Training Academy cancels a course or event, participants will be offered either:

• Transfer to a future training date

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue willl result in suspension of access to services and future enrollment restrictions, and an automatic service fee of $250.
